Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OptiFlow Lite and the Otis booking assistant, provided by OptiFlow Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

OptiFlow Lite adds Otis, an AI booking assistant, to your website. Otis answers visitor questions, checks your availability and books appointments, and notifies you. Features may change as we improve the service.

Free trial, price and billing

New accounts include a free trial. After the trial, the service costs £49 per month unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your subscription then ends at the close of the current billing period, and Otis stops appearing on your site. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non refundable.

Your account and licence key

You are responsible for your account, your licence key and the settings you configure, and for keeping your login secure. Your licence key connects Otis to your account, so keep it confidential.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with it, or use it to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content. You are responsible for the services you offer and the bookings you accept through Otis.

Your visitors’ information

When visitors book or enquire through Otis on your site, you receive their details in order to serve them, and you are responsible for handling that information in line with applicable data protection law. Our own handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may carry out maintenance and may suspend the service where necessary.

Third party services

The service works alongside third parties such as Stripe and your connected calendar, whose availability and terms are outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to comply with the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
