Otis, the AI booking assistant, on your website. Answers questions and books appointments straight into your Google or Outlook diary.

== Description ==

OptiFlow Lite adds Otis, a friendly AI booking assistant, to your website. Otis greets your visitors, answers their questions in your business's own voice, checks your real availability, and books appointments straight into your connected Google or Outlook diary. You are notified of every booking and enquiry.

Everything is managed from your OptiFlow Lite dashboard: your services, opening hours, answers and branding, plus your bookings and subscription.

OptiFlow Lite requires an OptiFlow Lite account. There is a free trial, then a paid subscription. This plugin connects your WordPress site to that account.

== External services ==

This plugin connects to the OptiFlow Lite service, provided by OptiFlow Technologies, to run the Otis booking assistant. It loads the Otis widget from the OptiFlow Lite app and exchanges the data needed to answer questions and make bookings.

What is sent, and when:

* Your OptiFlow Lite licence key and your website address, so the service knows which account the widget belongs to. This is sent when a page loads the widget.
* When a visitor chooses to use Otis: the details they enter (such as their name, phone number, email address and their message or booking request) and the time slot they pick. This is sent only when the visitor interacts with Otis, and only to check availability, create a booking, or pass on an enquiry.

No visitor data is sent unless a visitor actively uses Otis.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Where do I get a licence key? =
Start a free trial on the OptiFlow Lite website, then copy the licence key shown on the Install tab of your dashboard.

= Do I need an account? =
Yes. OptiFlow Lite is a subscription service with a free trial. The plugin connects your site to your account.

= Will it slow my site down? =
No. The widget loads after your page and runs in its own isolated area, so it cannot affect your theme.
